Phoebe Smith isn’t your average adventurer. Growing up in Rhyl, an area which has been voted the UK’s worst seaside resort and menacingly nicknamed the ‘Costa del Dole’, you could forgive Phoebe for blending into a life of obscurity. But fast forward to the present day, and Phoebe is living proof that anyone can live a life filled with adventure.
