Engineered with a GORE-TEX® membrane and featuring fully sealed seams, the Men's Maitland GORE-TEX® IA Waterproof Jacket is ideal for battling heavy rainfall, sleet or snow. If you need extra warmth, the 3-in-1 system allows for any compatible Berghaus fleece to be zipped into it (Berghaus fleeces are sold separately).
The jacket features an adjustable hood with a high face guard to block out the wind and adjustable cuffs and hem for when you need to lock in warmth. There are two zipped hand pockets for safely stashing your essentials with easy access while adventuring.

Very happy husband!
Great Jacket
Great jacket, only just taken it out of the bag. Berghaus is a brand I trust anyway so know it will do what says on the tin. Only slight surprise being that there are clearly zips for a removable 'extra warmth' liner - but no liner supplied. Didn't realise this was an option and not part of the jacket?
Good quality
The coat seems to be of good quality. Maybe a bit smaller than should be for a size medium. But overall. A nice coat. Bought as a present. He’s not worn it yet.
Great Coat
I have been looking to replace my 15 year old Berghaus gortex jacket for a while now. Actually quite difficult to find at the moment in XL. This was a good price and delivery was really quick. Jacket really nice - went for the dark blue instead of the black. Really happy with it.

Great quality jacket. Standard...
Great quality jacket. Standard fit, so choose your normal size. Hood neatly folds away into the jacket collar. Main zip isn't exposed so in heavy rain or stormy weather you are dry and warm. Can't go wrong with this one.

Excellent quality, not too...
Excellent quality, not too heavy to wear in warmer weather. Feels comfortable. Sizing is excellent. Would definitely recommend as I also have the ladies Maitland jacket and am more than happy. Wish I had bought these first instead of other makes, which have not given satisfactory protection from anything other than showers.

Tried this out today...
Tried this out today for the first time in heavy rain and l stayed very dry.
There is a nice inside pocket to keep things safe like keys and phone,
I thought it was a bit expensive but l think It’s going to be worth it in the long run of things

Great value in sale (£110 down from £190). Bought the same jacket over 10 years ago and despite lots of wear it is still sturdy and waterproof apart from hood.

Bought for my husband's birthday, he is very pleased. Excellent length, some jackets do not fully cover the derrière but happily this one does- great for walking the dogs when there are showers but the temperatures are mild: wind proof but not too bulky. Definitely a great purchase
