Great bit of kit
Good but could be better
This tent has excellent space and many great features like the fully sewn in groundsheet, storage pockets, windows and the nightfall inner. It does have some failings mostly to do with the poles. The shock cord used in the poles don't seem that good and in mine were overly long so the poles kept coming apart resulting in unnecessary difficulty pitching and striking and a torn sleeve. The knots in the cord were not big enough and pulled through a couple of times leaving a loose pole section. I have just been fixing this problem and have ended up with fibreglass splinters!
Great tent for most-weather camping
My partner and I are semi-serious campers, going out 8-10 times a year from May - September.
Bought this tent as we needed something with more serious water-proofing than our previous tent.
This is a very good medium sized car camping tent.
- Good height internally. We're both tall (I'm 6ft 2) and can comfortably walk around inside without stooping.
- Lots of space and storage.
- Blackout. Good bedroom blackout means (still recommend eyemask)
- Good breeze through second internal chamber
- Good quality. It's stoodup well to different weather across multiple trips

Easy pitch, excellent bedroom sizes, warm and waterproof. We did invest in the carpet which makes a difference.

So glad I bought this tent choice of bedroom setup one big bedroom or a 2 and a 3 person bedroom lovely and warm and definitely wind proof x

Great tent. Put...
Great tent. Put up when dry ans it rained. No leakage. Great space, love thr internal pockets and the black our sleeping areas.

Great tent. Zip on sleeping compartment broke on first use. Blacks replaced it. Recommend this tent.
Great family size tent
I have used few time this tent for family ( 2 Adults and 3 kids)camping holiday, it is good size tent and well designed. Have used in Heavy rain but not a single drop water inside the tent. It is quite strong tent, have used on windy day too. I have come a cross with all type of weather with vango iracus 500 dlx , I will definitely recommend this tent . It is good value for money because it is not expensive tent .

So far so good bought for family use, been used in good weather so can't comment on how waterproof it is as of yet hence why I have given it 4stars . Good size tent. Overall pleased with it.

Camped with the family in snowdon when a yellow weather warning came in and the tent withstood all of the 60MPH gusts while other tents especially the Air Tents. Folded in half and were abandoned. First time using the tent and it went up and down easily its little fuss. Would really recommend it.
