Aviemore camping trips

This tent is the best I've had, loads of room, stands up to elements an never leaks, it's a huge tent, great tent, highly recommend

Lovely spacious tent

Fairly easy to put up and plenty of room .You could sleep 6 but with the 2 separate bedrooms I feel it would be a comfy fit for 4 people plus all the gear .
Stayed up and waterproof in awful weather so it gets my vote

Love this Tent

Bought this in 2020 and after seven, one week holidays and one weekend break with our two dogs it is still going strong. If you use camp beds, I don't think you would sleep six but its perfect for four. We have no problems fitting the tent and poles back in the original bag - just make sure you fold the tent into 5 sections and use poles to roll all air out when packing up. Ground sheet is a must to keep clean and we accessorised with all sorts including carpets, hook up, even two wind breaks at front to make a garden area for the dogs - so its more glamping than camping.

Huge but hard work to put up

Huge and great once it's up, but pitching it is a 30 minute project even after some practise.

Also the bag is too small so while you'll get the tent in, you'll never get the poles back in so they'll have to travel separately.

Get some aftermarket pegs, too.

We're now considering buying a 2nd small tent for 1 night camps where the effort of the Hampy 6 just seems too high. Maybe we should have gone for an air tent. Maybe you should too.
