Quality assurance
Warm, well fitting padded coat
This coat fits perfectly in my usual size and is knee length on me (I am 5ft 4in). I agree with most reviews that the faux fur on the hood doesn't look particularly nice so, I too, have removed it. The hood fits perfectly and is comfortable and warm. I am very pleased with this coat and recommend it as a smart shower proof padded coat for very cold weather.
Great Winter Warmer
Great purchase - lovely and warm. Well made, great fit and looks/feels very comfortable. As described and the fur detaches from the hood for a different look. Very happy with my purchase and great value in the sale.
winter coat
arrived quickly, this is a heavy coat and very warm, zip initially was a bit stiff but has eased off and can zip up easier now (2 weeks ) i have only had a quick light shower and was fine
Lovely coat. Waterproof and really cosy
Lovely long warm coat. Purchased for dog walks. It's so cosy and also water resistant. Would totally recommend to anyone thinking of buying. True to size.
Wonderful and so warm
His coat is truly warm; there is no need for a jumper underneath. I went abroad to a colder climate, and it was perfect.
Hood was not right on arrival
The jacket itself is nice and warm. Double zip which is helpful. Although the fur on hood is removable with poppers one of the poppers came and wasn’t attached to the hood but stuck inside the popper so one side now sticks out.
Lovely coat
Very pleased with this coat which fits well, is very warm and cosy and I am looking forward to wearing it throughout the winter. The hood fits well and is not as bulky as concealed hoods which do not suit me. I have removed the fur which is not to my taste but this does not spoil the overall look.
Cosy Coat
Lovely quality. Fleecy lining keeps me cosy on brisk wintry walks. Zip is a bit fiddly to begin with but fine once you get the hang of it.

Really smart on and very warm and cozy, covers the neck right up to your chin and the hood doesn't fall down in the wind, also plenty of pockets.Not waterproof is ok for a light shower. Good buy
Warm and cozy coat
I got the size 12 and it fits perfect and wore it this evening in the cold January air and it feels so cosy and warm. It’s so comforting to have it this evening and I wore the hood and it’s lovely to feel any cold through my bones.
Perfect winter coat

I’m 5’10 and it’s the perfect fit. Great length in the arms too. It’s very heavy, like wearing a duvet but so so warm. I may even buy the grey.

Great coat!
I love this coat! I was extremely picky when looking to replace my 7 year old trusty Parker. I wanted a coat that was warm, waterproof, and easy to move in (not too long!). This has really fit the bill. The material looks high quality, and I got it at a great price £55. I wear it with the fur removed, as that’s not my taste, but it doesn’t bother me that you can’t take the hood off. I also like that it has secure pockets, with a bonus one inside!
Incorrect description
Recently purchased this coat but the description online says it has a detachable hood! It doesn't! It has detachable fur trim only...
I specifically chose it for that reason.

Coat itself is really nice and warm but you cannot close the zip when wearing this coat plus received with a press stud missing. Need better quality assurance processes.
