1st gore-tex jacket- now I understand what a difference it makes after some inclement weather- very well made

mate this jacket is different gravy. keeps me warm and dry while still looking top of the range. i would recommend even if a little pricey. -reuben

Very water proof and warm and works well without the internal fleece as well.

great jacket all rounder

Windproof and really warm coat and fleece. High build quality and can see it will last, especially with the full zip in fleece and cosy fleece lining by your neck. Other brands I liked at just did not have the features and quality for a durable jacket like I needed. Like the ability to have the hood fully away.

After owning a different brand with an alternative waterproof tech, which lasted 5 years, I was curious to try GORE-TEX for its reliability and guarantee.

This jacket so far has been reliable for frequent weather showers and has protected well from winds. The inner jacket is a little on the thin side and is similar to a micro-fibre thickness than a separate fleece. However I suppose this is less bulky as it is two jackets.

I have noted on my jacket that the inside fleece seems to have a longer arm length than the waterproof exterior jacket so it can stick out. a slight irritation hence 4*
