The Pertex Quantum Pro ripstop nylon is windproof and water-resistant. Paired with 700 fill power P.U.R.E recycled down with a Nikwax® hydrophobic treatment, the jacket serves up oustanding warmth and comfort whilst shrugging off rain and snow showers.
It comes complete with intelligently positioned zipped hand pockets that don’t interfere with harnesses and a helmet-compatible removable hood, making it suitable for a range of mounatin adventures.

Pleased with my purchase
Coat did not deliver on water resistant properties for me.
This coat was a present for Christmas. No problems with the warmth in dry cold weather but worn today for a 2 hour walk in some heavy showers and was wet through at the finish. One other problem is the feathers keep escaping through the seams to a point where they cover my car seat and leggings. I expected much more for the price of this coat. I have taken pics of how wet I was through the coat after my walk.

I purchased this coat in preparation for our trip to New York next month. I'm really pleased with it and would recommend. It is super lightweight but really warm. Luckily it is not super shiny like the pic.
