i have owned craghoppers...
i have owned craghoppers for many years and always been happy with their versatility and utility however i bought two pairs a couple of weeks back and seem to be having difficulty returning them. There is no return label or advice on how to do so. As well as asking for ratings of value for money and for quality, perhaps you should also ask about customer care, as this is where this product has let me down this time.
