doesnt do what it says on the box

So, nice and cheap (in the sale) , box says 150 Lumens (its bright!) 3W ultra bright (its bright) additional 2 red LEDs (yep) zoom in/out beam (cant find this!) Rechargable.
if anyone can advise how you can zoom in and out it would be great, would also be great to get an idea of how long the battery lasts on either beam.
currently my thoughts are, great bit of kit, but doesnt totally do as advirtised on the box (mis advirtising?)
