Searching the internet this is another multi-badged product.
Regarding power settings it has 10 settings from 300w to 2000w.
Although electricity to heat conversion is pretty much 100% efficient, simple science dictates you're not going to cook much at 200w.
Low wattage???
Doesn't say the wattage - but based on specific heat capacity of water, 2 pints =~1kg, heating from 20 to 100 degrees in 2 minutes = ~3kW,assuming 100% efficiency.
Doesn't sound very low wattage to me!!

This looks great however saying low watts without actually telling us What wattage isn’t really helpful!!
