Eurohike Expedition Anti-Shock Walking Pole

Purchased these to replace old, broken poles. I'm really impressed so far. Went out on a 3 mile hike over the Pennines and they provided excellent support. For the price, I'd recommend these to anyone.

I bought a pair of these European Expedition Anti-shock Walking poles to help walking with newly diagnosed with osteoporosis. Thanks to the weather, I've only been able to try them in our back yard...Verdict? Should have bought them years ago...lightweight, easy to set up and fold away...now my husband wants to use them...nope, sorry, we'll get you another pair! And because they're reduced in the sale, they are even better priced!

We go walking a lot with our dogs and a stick is always useful when the ground is uneven or on steep downhills. We used to have several but they've got lost or broken over the years, so when I saw these sticks at such a good price that we bought several and keep a couple in the car. We've used them twice and they seem very good, can't fault them. They're easy to adjust - Bill is 6ft and I'm 5'5" - and are sturdy in use.

I have used one of these walking poles for a couple of years and am very happy with it, so I have bought two as gifts for relatives. The price was very cheap, and even without the special offer they are reasonably priced.

Purchased two poles & what a difference to using the one pole I have used for years. 2 definately help on hills & rough ground. Poles are basic but then the sale discount was good so very pleased. No problem with lenght locking, works well. Bought online & excellent delivery by Blacks & Evri courier on time.

Used two of these walking poles to walk up kilpatrick hills they are spot on helped so much big difference would recommend

Good quality, and a good aid for me

They are light, easily adjustable and look/feel durable. The handle feels comfortable. I think they are very good at this price.

Just what I needed for my rambles in the Countryside. My husband has them and swears by them. Excellent price and good delivery time.

I have to say I was a bit dubious about buying a cheap walking pole but at £7 it seemed silly not to give it a try. I bought 2 as I prefer the extra security of an additional pole. I have used these recently during the "Great Snow" to climb a hill behind our village and they made a huge difference giving extra traction. They also saved me on a recent trip up into the hills as there were still some snow/ice patches lying and the steel tips helped massively. Whilst its true they aren't the lightest, if you're not really worried about weight then, bang for your buck, these cannot be beaten!

I was initially pleased when I received this walking pole and used it for the first time today. Unfortunately, the plastic knob on the top of the handle partially broke off from the rest of the handle after about 10 minutes use. I assume the plastic joint must have either rotted or split during manufacture when the hand strap had been inserted.

Well happy with these walking poles! Arrived quickly, easy to set up. For the price, am more than happy. Used them twice in 2 days, sturdy, nice looking and feel so much safer whilst out walking with these. Would recommend to anyone!

These poles look great and were easy to adjust to my height preference and to add the cups on the ends. Have used similar one's before but lost those. I am in my 60's and a little unstead these days when dealing with steep, uneven or overgrown terrain - these will help a lot. Looking forward to use them.
