Brasher Women’s Country Master Walking Boots

WOW. These boots are everything I hoped for and more. The quality, fit and materials are superb. The price i paid does not reflect on the quality of these boots. They arrived in perfect condition and the packaging was great. Well done Blacks and thank you for another brilliant product.

I have owned these boots for just 4 months. Beautifully comfortable, appeared well made but a cleat failed, so not fit for purpose. Do not buy these boots, as this is an ongoing quality issue that the company have failed to deal with over many years, looking at previous reviews. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get Blacks to provide a replacement. Without success. So called customer care department is appalling and totally disinterested.

so comfortable - just put them on and took the dog out with no 'ease in' time. Still walking daily and no rubs or blisters. lovely shoes (only brought them because the dog ate my last pair so had to replace them !!)

Love these boots, comfy from the 1st wear

These to me are unisex am a bloke but bought these woman’s boot I often wonder why don’t hey ask for reviews after say 2 months of wearing them you can comment on durability waterproofness wearability I’ve only worn these a few times but they didn’t need breaking in super comfy great support around ankle they just feel a nice comfy sturdy boot plus they look nice as well

Brasher boots for me are really comfortable, however on the whole I have found them disappointing in terms of durability.
These boots I found very comfortable and the suede cleans up nicely with a wet cloth. However, after a few wears one of the metal lace cleats came away from the boot. As it was lockdown I wasn't able to return them to the shop, so had to continue to use them. By the time I was able to return them 5 of the cleats had come away - not impressive.
The boots have been replaced, but as other reviewers have reported this fault also, I am not that optimistic it won't happen again.

Only had these a couple of years, whereas previous Brashers lasted over 15. Have been needing to replace laces every 3 months as the eyes in the boot seem to wear them out, fabric at the back of heel is wearing through. Also very heavy. Only good thing is sturdiness of sole.

Have only worn these boots a few times and already the metal hook for the lace has broken off. Unacceptable for the price. Quite a small, narrow fitting boot and definitely need to be broken in. They're also quite heavy. I wouldn't buy again.

Lovely quality and comfortable- no care instructions included. Slightly marked on the toe part of the right shoe. Shame becuase everyone expects perfect condition without markings on new boots.
Fit is fine with mid thick socks.

Great boots good quality, very comfortable

These boots appear to have a problem with the metal lace fixings. I had to exchange my original pair as one fixing broke after wearing only a couple of times. Now, although the boots are very comfortable, waterproof and soles in great condition one fixing has gone again on each boot. I note another review also mentions the same problem.

Fabulous boots. Always choose this brand.

Great Quality, Great Boots

Having had my Berghaus walking boots for 15 years I thought it about time I treated myself to a new pair. After reading endless reviews and reports I tried a pair of Brasher Country Master Walking boots. They felt comfortable and supportive and I was confident in my purchase. On my first trek out in Snowdonia the boots literally ripped my feet apart. The stitching in the back of the boots was so stiff they rubbed through my Blacks walking socks into my heels. One of the lace holders became detached exposing a shard of metal. These are the worst boots I have ever the misfortune to own.

The Brasher boot never fail to deliver. They're comfortable from the very first outing till the day they die. My last pair lasted 11yrs.

Good, comfortable walking boots. I walk dogs every day and used to wear trainers, which did not offer enough support, especially after spraining my ankle. These are a vast improvement. I did get a couple of blisters initially but think this was because I did not wear suitable walking socks.
