Blacks courier Hermes lost...
Blacks courier Hermes lost my parcel, which I only found out after chasing them, and when I phoned up Blacks customer services they cancelled my order (which I didn’t ask them to do) which meant I no longer received the Black Friday discount if reordering. Shambolic customer services, courier and no customer complaint department.

This product was bought...
This product was bought as a gift so cannot moment on how good it is. However it was delivered on time and is packed very neatly in its own carry case so would not take up too much space.

I have set this up in the garden and it absolutely does not disappoint. Quick and simple to establish and easily anchored so won't blow over. More impressively it packs away extremely small for transit despite its length. The Wind Stop has all the usual design traits associated with the Berghaus Air tent range so looks brilliant as well. you cannot compare it against the wooden poled style alternatives on the market, there simply is no comparison. Worth every penny. I look forward to field testing the Wind Stop soon.

Ended up taking it down. First issue is inserting the poles through the fine fabric - two ripped where they caught on the sharp metal pole joints. Second issue is the metal steak which goes into the ground is only about an inch long so doesn't embed effectively into the ground. Thirdly, the guy ropes had to intertwine with those from the tent due to the restrictions on standard pitch size. Finally, the flapping fabric- the slightest breeze and it cracks like a whop.
