Very disappointed with Blacks
Well-designed and made rucksack
The way this rucksack has been constructed makes it seem likely to last. The straps and handles are sound, there is additional strapping to prevent any risk of bursting open at the zips. There's a separate compartment good for a laptop, an insulated compartment, an organiser and a main section with strong design. The pack is stiffened to carry weight well and the hip belt and chest strap make it great even for running or wild conditions. Seems built to last.
Worst purchase ever. The bag arrived and upon opening the package I was not happy. The North Face logo had been cut out, the writing on the back was faded, one of the effective steps had been torn off. Overall I think Blacks had sent me a knock-off! Will not be buying from Blacks again
