Having bought 12 of these to use in training for the LL100 (106 mile ultra race), I found they worked in all aspects. Small packaging, big on carbs & easy to eat on the run. I aim for 60 - 90g of carbs per hour and I had one of these at 30 mins, then a gel 30 mins later. I then bought another 20 to see me through my Ultra (26th July) and they were by far one of the best snacks for carb loading while running an endurance event. I’ve used Torq gels previously and I knew that this product would serve me well and I wasn’t disappointed.
