Delivery & Returns
Returns
You can return your bike within 28 days of delivery or collection for a refund or exchange, this can be done by returning it to our warehouse or taking it to your nearest GO Outdoors store* where it will be returned free of charge. A refund will be issued once it is processed in to the warehouse. Unfortunately we are not able to accept bike returns at Blacks stores.
If your bike develops a fault please take it to your nearest GO Outdoors store* where we have a full workshop and trained mechanics who will be able to assist you. If you believe there is a fault with your bike please do not send it back to our warehouse as they are unable to process faulty or warranty bikes.
*Please note that due to space restrictions bikes cannot be returned to our GO Outdoors Express stores, or to our Southport, Hathersage, Oxford, Launceston or Fox Valley GO Outdoors stores.

Love it!
I bought this bike in the springtime, it's been invaluable as I now use it for my daily commute. It's so adorable and I love the basket.
I do wish it came with tension straps for the back though.

Nice bike
Quick delivery, no missing parts. Instructions in the box where not for that exact bike, however after watching a few YouTube videos on how to assemble a vintage bike it was relatively easy to do. The only piece of equipment needed that was not provided was a star head screwdriver. The bike is described as "teal" however it is definitely mint green, which was good as this actually was the colour I wanted. Overall quality of the bike is generally good for the price, I have not yet been out on the bike so cannot comment on how well it rides.
Poor quality
I received bike with wrong manual and no fixings for the bike baskets when requested the parts I was asked to send the bike back which would cause more hassle than buying the fixings online.
After couple of times of usage chain started coming off constantly, not able to use a bike anymore as it has got factory default in it. No response from custumer service whatsoever. Very disappointed with the quality of the bike and custumer service. NOT RECOMMENDED.
Best bike
My fiancé bought this bike for me last week. Excellent value for money! The wrong instructions were sent with the bike, however most of it was already assembled so it was very straight forward to put the rest together. The seat is very comfortable and the basket is very secure. I’d definitely recommend I love it!
