I'm a size 10 and not even 5"5 but had to send them back as the waist was too tight and too short. Ordered the 12 and am keeping them as they're nice trousers. Not convinced the length is ok though as they're still maybe a bit on the short side. Hopefully they'll not shrink in the wash!! Nothing is ever too short for me so it's a bit surprising that these are so small made.
