ITS OK!
Hard, uncomfortable design
I bought this as I know the brand well. However I have returned as the upper back has a rigid plastic insert near the top and a plastic adjuster for the strap that just dig into your back, even wearing thick layers. Disappointing.
Painful
I work outdoors with manual and power tools and the most painful part of my day is putting this back pack on and walking 20 minutes. Poor designed sharp plastic and toggles digs into your back.
Happy with the rucksack
The rucksack itself is great - comfortable with enough space for 1-2 days hike. 4 stars because one of the loops on one of the straps tore apart when I tried to put water bladder tube through it.
Luckily, I kept receipt and the item was replaced in one of the shops. I just wish the staff were less annoyed that they had to deal with my case.

The bag has plenty of utilisation with access direct to back pack from the front and top of you wish. The internal sleeve is helpful for emergency space Blakey’s for hill walking as well as the water supply. My only gripe was that when we walked up Snowdon, the material proved to be (despite the additional rain cover) really bad at waterproofing.
