With its roots buried in its popular predecessor, the Terra, this technical walking shoe has great credentials. A water-resitant nubuck upper has been combined with a GORE-TEX® waterproof and breathable lining to ensure that you remain dry and comfortable as you explore. A PU midsole offers low weight and outstanding underfoot comfort whilst the padded collar supports the ankle as you move. Scarpa has included Vibram’s distinctive Energy Sole which provides a durable, cushioned layer which offers incredible grip over a wide range of underfoot conditions.

Very comfortable, ideal for...
Hard under foot after a while
These were initially very comfortable but after about 30 mins of walking, felt very hard under the ball of my feet and caused my toes to go numb. I thought I could easily get round this by putting different insoles in them but the insoles in these are fixed so not easy to replace. They're also quite slippery on hard wet ground. I'm giving them 2 stars because they look ok and seem well constructed but they are a big disappointment - especially as they were so expensive.

After reading the reviews...
After reading the reviews of these shoes I decided to purchase a pair. Mostly because I liked the colour! I’m a complete novice walker and have had to do something for health reasons and after purchasing them, heard they were a ‘good make’!
I think it’s the first pair of shoes (ever) that I’ve worn and have not had any issues with! Especially after my first hour walk in them! I’m suitably impressed and have raved about them! My husband has now bought the equivalent mens version and we are both super happy!
I never thought I would quite spend this much on such a sturdy shoe, but I’m really pleased I did.

This is my 4th pair of Scarpa shoes and boots
Very good but tread wears very quickly and can be a bit slippery at times

Very comfortable walking shoe...
Very comfortable walking shoe with good grip and very well made.
disappointed
I bought these walking shoes as I have the boots in the same range but I am so disappointed with them . They are much heavier than my boots and I avoid wearing as I find my boots are so much more omfortable
Too big
I love my Cyrus mid GORE-TEX boots and have done many miles in them. I bought exactly the same size, size 5 in the Cyrus walking shoe and was dismayed to discover that they were too big and fell off my feet. I have just returned them, sadly, as I love the style and brand. Why are they so different?
Love these
Comfortable first time .Good grip in wet conditions and clean up well .What’s not to love .

Excellent walking shoes, no rubbing, really comfortable, padded heel. Can't feel them on, they're like slippers. Very happy.
Proof of they'd ding is in the eating. I'm currently on a walking holiday and the shoes are doing ok so far. I think it's my feel that could be at fault!!
