Excellent waterproof jacket

Probably the best one so far.

Excellent Rupal Jacket from Mountain Equipment. I'm a 40 inch and ordered a Medium. The jacket was comfortable and roomy enough for 3 layers underneath. The wind was certainly kept out, still waiting to use it in the rain!

Phoned them up and was told order lost in post.But good news the girl I spoke to was very good and friendly and sorted the issue out and sent my order out the next day So all in all it sorted it self out.

Good fit, nice colour. Repels water!

Well built, good quality jacket that should last years, it has 75 denier goretex and should be hard wearing.. Great attention to details & finishing touches helps it to be confortable and a pleasure to use. XL size fits perfectly, I’m 6f5in guy and if needed there’s soace for neat adjustments..

For backpacking & cycling. Zip pits vent heat well. Maps, hat & gloves fit in pockets easily. Sleeves & back are long enough for cycling; it covers wrists & bum. Helmet fits in hood. Closes well for foul weather. When it is wet & warm the extra space in the hood helps keep you cool. Draw cords & zips all work well. Much lighter & compact than I expected. Fits well over a mid-layer. If it wears well I will stick with the Mountain Equipment brand. I come from a sailing background and we demand a lot from our jackets. I am impressed.

Rock solid great jacket. Waterproof and breathable, reinforced shoulder area with a large climbing compatible hood.
Chin and mouth guard when fully zipped up. Fits well , with freedom to move.
