Good quality design and construction, like all Berghaus rucksacks. The shoulder straps are comfortable and the bag rides well, although it might benefit from the addition of a waist strap. The semi-rigid back panel - a consequence of the design of the laptop protection feature - seems like it may become uncomfortably sweaty in hot weather. A slight redesign here would be in order here to allow some airflow. Very effective laptop/tablet storage. I especially like the way that that compartment cannot be opened while the bag is being worn - good theft deterrent.
