Easy to carry and simple to prepare they provide the outdoor person with a nutrious meal quickly and easily when required. Simply place the sachet in boiling water or empty the contents into a pan for seven to eight minutes. The meal can be eaten cold if needed.

Bought for my son’s DofE Gold expedition as I needed to ensure he had the right calorie content, but with ease of use.Was amazed how almost flat pack it was - literally taking up no room in his backpack, an£ with simple instructions for use. We bought a selection of meals. Definitely recommend.
