I bought one of these jackets just over a year ago. Light enough for summer. For winter just add other layers underneath. Good wind and rain protection and fairly breathable.
Yesterday I fell heavily on tarmac. I was saddened to think I had probably ruined a good jacket after a mere twelve months. However, the jacket has survived without piercing. I cannot guarantee a second similar incident wouldn't ruin it, but all credit to Berghaus for manufacturing a tough product!
