Purchased online. Delivery was very efficient and prompt. The product itself is 5* and my go to brand. I've worn similar boots from Merrell for several years and have never had blisters etc. even from the first wearing. Very good support for feet when going over rougher terrain and not too heavy. If you haven't worn boots before you may find the fit a little odd at first but you soon get used to it. If you want to protect your feet for rambles then I would highly recommend these boots.
