Lovely and warm padded coat which i loved at first. I was out with my grand daughter and she said i had a mark on the back so went home and put it in the washer, followed the instuctions to a t and when i removed it from the washing machine the filling inside had gone in lumps everywhere! This is now unwearable! Shame on you North Face, this needs sorting.
