Didriksons Women's Angela Coat

Purchased this coat in November due to the write up and reviews. Wanted a warm and waterproof coat. Very impressed with the warmth and with it being waterproof until today. I put my hand in my pocket to get my phone and it was soaked, I could almost describe small puddles in both pockets. By the time I got home the inside of my coat was damp. Very disappointed.

I bought the Angela to replace my Didrikson Angelina coat (almost identical coat) which I have been wearing pretty much each winter from November to April for the last 5 years - love this coat - very well wearing, absolutely worth the money.

I really liked the coat, it was very warm, but even after sizing up, it was still too tight around my chest, so had to return it. It does have a fluffy interior, which makes it very warm, but I found this meant I would only be able to wear it when it was freezing cold outside, making it slightly less versatile.

This is exactly the coat I've been looking for. I love the length, the colour, the fit. It's fairly lightweight, waterproof, synthetic filling, cosy lining, good-sized inside pockets and well-located side pockets you can comfortably put your hands in. The hood is rather sizable but I will be glad of that when when our British winter brings us driving sleet. It is beautifully made and gives a great silhouette when worn. I'm sure it will pay for itself from the years of wear I'll get from it.
