Rubbish design
Somewhere between where the straw and the spout meet the water gets stuck as the design causes the straw to get squashed in the mechanism, hence no water gets through.

Bought this as it looked good and just what I needed. First time out found it to be absolutely useless. When you try and suck the water through there seems to be a vacuum effect and not much water coming through. Will be taking it back as it is no good to me at all.
