Love this make. It's a risk buying walking boots online but as hoped they fitted perfectly and have all the good features of my old Meindl boots

II decided to invest in these Meindl boots after four pairs of cheaper boots in a row either let in water or started falling apart after just a few wears - and so far they seem to be worth every penny. I wore them almost straight out of the box on a week long walking holiday, where they took me safely over wet and muddy rocks - the grip is fantastic - and kept my feet dry in heavy rain and wet grass. I found them a little stiff and heavy at first and thought I might not get on with them but they quickly moulded to my feet and became very comfortable. I just hope they'll last years not months.
