Excellent support
Lightweight but strong shoe with excellent arch support. One thing to note if you're buying online - I'm usually a UK 9 but in these I'm a 10.

I have worn Nike and other brand trainers but the Salomon Sense Ride Goretex 5 surpass them. The cushioning is brilliant. Since I went 1 size up I have comfortable toe are and the overall fit is good. I'm not good at tying laces and love the simplicity and ease of the quick lace system. I mostly use these to walk around town and looking by the build quality I'm sure they will last a good few years. Have not yet used them in the rain so cannot comment on the Goretex waterproof feature.
The only negative is that the left shoe makes a popping noise which is annoying.
