Excellent boots, very comfortable.

Buying process was quick and easy, the quality of the boots is great although they are a bit narrow but I’m sure they will give with time.

I got these boots as a quick replacement to a pair of Hi_Tech boots that had failed due to the sole detaching after 2-months of moderate wear. 1-month into this pair and two of the lace rivets have popped meaning that I can't lace them up correctly, and I fear for the others giving up the ghost. It's a shame as they're very comfortable with good grip although as others have said, the waterproofing capability is limited. With walking boots, sadly, you do pay for what you get.

Great shoes for the price, very comfortable but the soles feel thin - some insoles improved them. Soaked through a couple of times now, hoping that some waterproofing spray may help with that. Be perfect for dry conditions, good grip and well fitting

i walk a lot and these boots suit my feet and stride length .they are comfortable . hard wearing and ilove them.

Bought these after my Brashers started leaking after a year. These were bargain basement, quality of construction is good. The soles felt thin from the start, sizing came up spot on, and they had a nice amount of room in the toe box.
However, and this where the come up short, is they are not at all waterproof. I have worn them in all weather conditions over a couple of months, but now there is water about my feet just get soaked every time I walk in the Forest.
Cheap but disappointing. My search continues....

Straight out of the box comfort, reasonable waterproofing - (all boots leak eventually) but even with tramping through bog, mud, snow and wet grass they hold up really well. Excellent sole and perfect true to size fit with room. I've had many big brands over the years with questionable results and at this price point it's hard to justify the pricier brands. Time will tell on the longevity but for what I paid and my expectations, I'm very impressed. Put another well known name on the side of this boot and you'd be easily fooled. Size 10 is size 10 not some cramped EU size.! Recommended.

Very tidy looking boots, they have a nice amount of room for my wide feet. I take a 13 in some brands to get the space, these are a great at a 12, and even have enough room for feet swelling a bit when hot.These are quite light in construction, so at least they don’t feel like divers boots, but the soles feel quite skinny. Not a problem for me at all, but if you want plush luxury you may want to add an insole and some thick socks.I do many miles, every day, in all weathers. The acid test will be if they actually remain waterproof. My last 3 pairs of traditional leather boots have eventually all leaked significantly.So, IF these Peter Storm (Blacks own brand) are actually waterproof as advertised they will be the bargain of the century!!Time will tell if they earn that fifth star.

Instantly comfortable! I have worn these boots in a variety of conditions and terrains and they have been great. Fantastic value for money. A brilliant all round boot.

Good product does what it says

Firstly the sizing was spot on, the quality looks good, they are waterproof, and they are very comfortable. Unlike my Hi - Tec (bought in October) boots which were too tight (under sized) and I have donated them to charity after a few weeks of putting up with the fit.
