The Y and Y Penta training board is ideal for climbers in all ability ranges. Featuring a unique pentagonal design, the Penta provides seven grip types so you can customise your workout for each session. It includes a simple to use 360° system; simply turn the Penta to switch grips and you’re ready to go.

The Penta is incredibly versatile – use it as part of your warmup with suspension and pulling exercises, or set several up as supports for a more thorough whole body workout. Made using laminate wood securely glued for maximum durability, the tool is comfortable to hold and reduces irritation on your hands.
