Limit’s time on the high street started over a century ago in 1884 when Alfred Hirst established ‘Hirst Brothers’ in Oldham. Alfred’s goal was to create timepieces, jewellery, and optical goods for everyone. By 1912, his watches saw the introduction of the Limit trademark which launched a new era in watchmaking history.
