Always order a size bigger than you usually take and these fine items of foot apparel will assist in avoidance of the pedorthist and podiatrist. With the vibrant and striking red colour, One shall certainly strike a pose in these great shoes. Note very slippy on wet glazed tiles and granite rock.

First of all, these are my first Merrells.
I'm a UK size 12 in my North Face Jannu2 & Endeavour Mid, Nike running shoes, my hand made Italian shoes, and my faithful MOD issue assault boots (12M - which is medium width).
Comfort, I would give 4 out of 5 because wearing these for a full day your
feet know about it - and there is some relief once taken off (bearing in mind the assault boots after being on a full 18 hours of hard lifting and walking and there is no discomfort).
On the plus, no blisters after wearing all day and feet are still fresh (Unlike some TNF footwear).
Finally, I also think the quality of the removable inner sole is poor considering Merrell have a reputation for comfort and quality.
Owned these for 10days, so I'll update in time to come.
*note: Mine are olive and not red.

Absolutely the best pair of shoes I have ever owned. They fit like a second skin, (although slightly tight until they bed in). So good that this is my third pair. I did venture to a pair of The North Face Hedgehogs but I soon came back for more....!

purchased size up and they fit perfectly. Very comfortable and have undertaken a few decent 5 mile walks with dog and are so light and comfy compared to my leather walking boots. Great buy.

I would agree with most of the other reviews in particular I wish i had paid more attention to the comments about size. You need to get the next size up from what ever you are so if your a size ten get elevens.

I use these daily, mainly for walking the dog, but you need something that's going last and comfortable. Great product!!

This is the 3rd pair that I have owned and each one has performed well, although as always with Merrell's I went up a size I can't fault these shoes they have never failed me i don't think I've even replaced the laces..

Only just opened the box, but if appearance is anything to go by then these shoes are a 5 star purchase. Clearly well made and they look great. (Fast delivery and ewell packaged too).

My main issue when researching this shoe was the sizing. A fair few reviews mention that the sizing is small... although others say the sizing is spot on. Hopefully this will be of use to others. I am a size 9 and bought a size 10 in this shoe. They fit well with a thin sock and fit perfectly with a thicker sock. As I will want to wear a walking sock with these shoes, a size 10 is perfect for me... but depending on your feet and what you plan to wear inside these shoes, you may get away with a half size bigger. But, I plan to wear these for trail walking and its always best not to have your toes anywhere near the end of your shoe when you are walking any distance over varying terrain. Can't wait to test these out!
