One feature is a removable seat pad. How do you remove it? Even with the bag empty I can't see how it would come out

Hi Martin Thank you for your question. Inside the pack there is pouch / lip where the back panel is situated,the internal back foam can be pulled out.This back foam is the sit mat. There are no clips or release points this should just be able to slide out. This may be tight and need a little encouragement due to it needing to be kept in place to support your back.
