Feet: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure your foot (from the heel to the tip of your longest toe) Be sure to measure both feet. Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.
Remember, feet can expand over a quarter size during a full day's walk so ensure you get the right fit.

I've had a pair of these for over 9 months now and there great. quite a wide fitting but i did go up a size from 10 to 11 to get the correct length and there really comfortable.
I know they are not waterproof but as an general all purposes shoe they fit the bill. my pair have been used for low level walking the dog and all day use around town and at work.

Nice looking shoe, comfy, seem to be well made. Merrell have a good reputation but only time will tell with these. They should be doing half sizes. Its a must given population size! Take note Merrell!

Had a pair of these for years as only really use in Autumn / Winter. Needs to be dry to wear these (no dew) or feet will get soaked. Need to wear thick socks or feet will feel constantly cold.

Used regularly for about 3 seasons sept-mar. Beginning to squeak a little. 2 seasons left in them.Hard wearing but impractical for wet conditions. Gore-text would be useful addition.

An all terrain hiking shoe? As long as you keep away from morning dew or a bit of drizzle.
Was very disappointed to get very cold and wet feet after a morning stroll.

Not a bad pair of shoes.I used them maybe twice a week for a 1-2 hour walk on average terrain. But the sole has worn and fabric is coming away. Go for the less attractive option, less to go wrong.

Owned them for over a year and they have worn very well.
Quality is good but only gripe is that the sole sometimes squeaks but I've heard that other Merrells do this.
Now bought another pair price ok
