Poles snapped first night of camping

Tent very good however hard to take down had to watch YouTube to get it right once mastered it's ok...the two storage ares at the doors cannot see why there there as they dont reach the floor so stuff on show underneath easy to nick out also when you close down at night you have to reach over damp grass if wet to put peg into ground otherwise if it rains it'll come into tent ...on the plus we had a downpour and tent remained dry

Very impressed with the tent. Nice & roomy & fairly easy to put up. Great price at £56 as well.

This tent is a lot bigger than I thought it would be. I 5 foot 5 and can kneel upright and still have lots of space above my head- can't quite stand. You can fit 2 to 3 people comfortably with stuff. The porch areas are small however a welcome addition. I did initionally buy the tent as it is pop up. However you still have two poles you have to put into the tent to attach the second layer to. This being said it did feel a lot easier to assemble compared with a normal tent. But just a warning that it still takes around 10 minutes on your own to set up.

Timely delivery!!! Fantastic product!!!

Very reasonable price. Great design, quick to set up and sturdy. Good ventilation inside without being cold. Easier than expected to fold away. You could get 4 people in but it would be cramped. Perfect for 2 with a king size air bed.

Tent was a bargain in sale. Easy to erect, but very tricky to pack. Had to watch video on YouTube.

This is a super little tent. For one person camping this is really spacious, got my cupboard, cool box, loo, bed and chair in it with room to spare. Lots of head room, I am only 5 foot, so I can stand up in it. It has just withstood some awful weather, it is really sturdy in the wind, didn't move even in really strong blasts. And I stayed dry to, though I did use seam sealant before I went. Really quick and easy to put up, and take down. Easy to dry out too, when I got home, just popped the fly sheet over the washing line. For the price, I only paid £56 on offer, this has got to be the best tent ever. I would still be delighted with it, even if I had paid full price.

Good tent, big and easy to put up. Not quite so easy to put away though!

Bought for travelling round, says four people will only be two, roomy and with 3000 hydrostatic head for wet weather I'm happy

The product I bought is great and is a certified product

Purchased this tent mainly for it's low cost. However, I wanted a small tent for for two boys and I that was easier to put up and manage than our previous, very large, tent. Bearing in mind that the kids give zero help when putting a tent up the previous tent would take me around 30-45 minutes to put up. This Pro 400 DS goes up in a fraction of that time. First time up took me 6-7 minutes. I'm sure I can shave this down to 5 minutes. No help needed at all. It's roomy enough for the three of us and just perfect for the beach side camping we're planning on doing.

Quality tent with nice extras. A bargain, and would use Blacks again.

This was a really great tent, we took it to Green Man and it survived some heavy rain, I was also able to pitch it by myself in minutes. Fits 2-3 people tops if you factor in luggage. The only issue we had was with packing it down, which we struggled with for the best part of an hour before just folding it up and chucking it in the back of our van. It's actually very easy if you watch a youtube video on how to do it, but for gods sake don't try and follow the instructions on the bag because they make absolutely no sense and aren't even written in basic english. Otherwise I have no complaints!

I used this tent for two nights and it leaked both nights.
Rain was reasonably hard but I was the only person in the tent. Some kit touched the sides. This led to it leaking so my sleeping bag+duvet had to dried out the next day as did a spare mattress on the other side.
The next night it leaked on both sides again even though I made sure NOTHING was on the sides. The flaw is that the sides are exposed as a single skin while the ends are covered by a waterproof canopy (staying dry).
Also, as a pop-up, why do you have to add poles like a normal tent? What is the advantage of being a pop-up?

The positives: it's very light and very easy to put up, probably taking less than 10 minutes from start to finish.
The negative: it's too difficult to get it back in the bag. If the bag was bigger, this would be a lot easier. My friend and I had the same tent, and neither of us could get it fully back in the bag.

I bought this to replace my worn out Urban Escape 4 man pop up tent. The 2 doors are great for access and the head-room is much better. The external storage areas are a great plus point. I used it for the first time at a biker rally and even in very strong wind and rain it stayed put and dry inside. The ultimate for me, is that I can actually pack this away in the supplied bag, unlike my old one.

A fantastic tent. Was used at Download festival 2017 and survived a night of heavy rain and strong wind. Had enough space for 2 people, a double airbed and our luggage. It didn't leak at all

Just back for the Kalahari - this is largest pop-up on the market with great ventilation for hot evenings and roomy for two people to sleep comfortably with bags beside the beds. Survived a night of serious rain too. Easy for the kids to put up and for an adult to pack away with a bit of help to get it in the bag. Really pleased.
What is the waterproof rating of the ground sheet it only states for the tent...and on the list it says it's only suitable for 1 season????
This is a fully sewn in ground sheet that is fully waterproof, it has a Hydrostatic Head of 5000. This is a festival style tent ideal for camoing in fair weather and is not a technical tent, it would work fine in spring and summer. I hope this helps.
Hi, the internal pole has broken during the tricky packaway, can this be replaced?
These internal poles and fixed inside the fabric so cant really be replaced. You would have to cut into the tent to even get to the poles. I would suggest a using a camping repair service. I hope this helps.
Are the exposed side 3000mm waterproof, or just the second skin that covers part of it?
Any waterproof area on this tent has a 3000HH rating, keeping you dry and comfotable. Many Thanks.
Hello, does this tent have pegs to peg the lines down?
Yes this pop tent comes with tent pegs, I hope this helps.
Does the EUROHIKE Pop 400 DS Tent have a groundsheet ?
This has a fixed ground sheet that is fully waterproof but there is not separate foot print that can be purchased separately. I hope this helps.
