When your order leaves our distribution center, we will send you an email to let you know it is on the way. Tracking is available on all deliveries.
We are unable to provide tracking links for Collect from Store orders. When Collect from Store orders are ready to be collected we send an email to let you know. If you provide a mobile phone number when ordering, we'll send you a text message too. Our email and text message includes
details of the store where your order is being held.
If you signed-up for an account with us you can track your order online within My Account. Sign-in and My Account links can be found at the very top of this page.
Only orders placed after an account has been created can be tracked online.
Most Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel or change an order I have placed?
We have a small window (often a couple of hours) in which we can cancel an order, we cannot ever change an order other than to upgrade the delivery in certain circumstances.
How do I claim a price match?
Contact customer care with the details of the website where you have seen the same item for less, or alternatively visit one of our stores. If visiting a store you will need to provide proof that the item is being sold elsewhere for less. You could do this by using the internet on your mobile phone or providing a print out of the product page from the cheaper website.
How can I find out stock availability?
