Deliveries are made Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Deliveries must be signed for unless otherwise specified by reply to DHL notifications.
We will keep you informed about the progress of your order by Email. Orders can be tracked after dispatch from our warehouse. DHL will send you additional delivery options before delivery is attempted providing you entered a valid email address and mobile phone number during checkout.
Sometimes delivery charges may be different due to promotional offers.
Regulations prohibit us from sending certain products to International locations. Restrictions are highlighted within product descriptions and during checkout where applicable.
Orders are customs cleared in transit and customers are always contacted with enough time to achieve the delivery timescale advertised. Customers must ensure they provide a valid phone number and email address to avoid any delays in clearance.
Our products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty unpaid) basis. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation.
Recipients of deliveries made outside the European Union may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry. If this is the case the delivery may be delayed. Blacks cannot offer any assistance in these processes.
To help make sure that customs duties are not payable for deliveries outside the EU, check the custom duty threshold of the country you're sending your items to before you order, and keep your total basket value below that threshold.
