The watch itself is just what I needed and looks good ....but still the opened box keeps me guessing and I’m thinking of returning the item

Excellent watch for an active person. Only 4 stars because the HR monitor is not as accurate as a chest monitor. A good looking watch with lots of apps none the less.

The ordering process itself was good. Unfortunately the delivery process was awful. I was emailed to confirm when my watch was to be delivered. I was going to be at work so I rearranged the delivery to my neighbour who was going to be in. I received a confirmation email from the courier of my change. My expensive Garmin was left on my doorstep to be stolen by any passerby. I can’t believe that a signature was not required for such an item? Dreadful service by the courier and I won’t order another expensive item from a company that uses them.

I've recently upgraded from the forerunner 235 which I loved, the fenix 5s gives me the features I desire and seems more responsive.
