This watch truly tracks everything, aside from performing a full ECG.
The solar is a great feature, though don't think that it will charge your watch as it is deceptively named. It does work to add power to the battery, but it's designed to keep the watch topped up or extend the battery life, not too charge from 0 to 100.
Otherwise, it's rugged, stylish, and the 45mm is not overly large on the wrist. The GPS functions are accurate, and the built in torch is extremely useful too.
I cannot recommend it enough.
