I’ve bought this hat before it’s a good hat I needed another as my son lost the previous one.
This time however Blacks sent me a jacket to fit a 14 year old (not sure how you confuse a jacket and a hat) I emailed them to explain their mistake and they completely ignored me. That’s not bad customer service it’s a complete lack of any kind of customer service. Poor from Blacks and will put me off ever buying from them again.
