Refurbished Products

All our refurbished products work perfectly and are in good condition – they have been returned to us and can no longer be sold as new or have been refurbished. This might be because a customer has changed their mind or because a repair was needed. We know that the refurbished products have a lot of adventures left in them, but you shouldn’t expect them to be perfect.

Returns

For refurbished items, our normal returns policy doesn’t apply. You have 14 days from delivery (rather than the normal 28) to return any refurbished item you purchase online. Beyond 14 days, we will only accept returns for faulty goods. (This does not affect your statutory rights). We will look to repair or replace with the same, or similar, product where possible. Refurbished products can be returned to any of our stores or by following the normal process.
