Generally comfortable but there are some shortcomings of the bag design. The pockets on the strap around the hips are in an awkward place and can't be moved forward. When not on my back, because of the back structure, the bag doesn't 'stand' on the floor, you need to lean the bag on something otherwise it would just roll over, making it very awkward to unpack or get stuff out. The bottom pocket zip is also a very awkward angle to do up and I feel the top 'covering' isn't big enough, when the bag is full it doesn't cover the inside lining in full.
