Due to the value of this product your order will be sent using a DPD PIN delivery service. This must be delivered to your designated delivery address and cannot be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

How it works

On the day of delivery you will be sent a unique PIN via email or SMS. When the driver comes to deliver your parcel they will ask for the PIN before handing the parcel over.

If you aren’t going to be in you can share the PIN with a someone who is going to be at the delivery address during the time of delivery.

In the event that there is nobody at the address at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt delivery the following day.
