Firstly, the colour is very different to the item photos. It is a much darker grey - which I preferred. I also really like the layout of the bag, the clamshell laptop panel in particular. However, the pack I received had a fault with the top handle, the stitching came apart, so I returned it. I also thought the omission of strap keepers was odd. Once I'd tightened down the waist, chest, and shoulder straps the excess was left to flail around annoyingly in the wind. I'd factor in some modification to avoid this. Overall, it's ok but not amazing. My search for the ideal work away bag continues..
