Bad design
Excellent Product
This is an excellent light weight raincoat and is perfect for when you are travelling.
Bad design
The jacket is not waterproof as even light rain will get trough it. It is also badly designed. It is impossible to zip it wit one hand as it continuously catches the fabric. If this is what Rab can offer I am going to stay with my usual brand.
Disappointing and wet!!
Not waterproof I’m afraid! Can handle a light shower but once the rain starts in earnest it doesn’t repel it. I’ve been soaked a couple of times now wearing this to walk in winter conditions and am therefore disappointed with this jacket for the money.
NOT WATERPROOF!
I always buy Rab, i bought this jacket but the womens. I can say is showerproof at a push, i used mine only days ago in heavy rain, it lasted about 20mins before it started to go through. Luckily it was warm and not cold. Never had a issue with any Rab products but this! I woukd have been better off with a Karrimor jacket because thats what my walking partner was wearing she was dry, just goes to show the brand means nothing. I would not buy this product.

Bought this jacket for...
Bought this jacket for my husband and he is very pleased with it. Colour is definitely black not grey as it seems in the picture. Very lightweight but fit is true to size and lovely hood.

- the seems came off after first washing -40C
This is probably the worst designed piece of outdoor garment I have ever owned.
