A 15 minute rehydration time is enough time for your food to become luke warm. Even after 15 minutes it hadn't rehydrated 100 %. Crunchy beans etc. I ensured that my water was boiling and used the correct amount. Disappointed as I've had firepot meals before and they've all been good. 2 stars for taste.
