Measuring tips

Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.

Collar: measure around the base of the neck where the collar sits.

Chest: measure the chest at the fullest part, placing the tape close up under the arms.

Waist: measure the natural waistline.

Jacket Length: measure from the centre back of your neck to your hemline. Then length measurement will vary depending on the style.

Lovely jacket but cheaper on Millets site

I purchased this jacket from Blacks and when it arrived was pleased with the colour, fit and style. Imagine my dismay when I discovered this jacket on sale on Blacks sister site (Millets) for £27.50 cheaper. I sent a complaint to Blacks customer service asking for them to price match. I was told that I should send the jacket back and re-purchase from Millets. I think Blacks customer service has a lot to be desired. Will not use this firm again. Not a happy customer.
