I actually went in your shop in Nottingham tried on the jacket and really liked it and the sizing was great but I didn't have time to purchase as needed to get to my appointment. Whilst I arrived for my appointment and waited to be seen I went in your website and found exactly what I wanted and purchased it. Which took me minutes. Once I purchased it the only issue I had was I didn't get a confirmation email or a estimated delivery date. Other than that the purchase easy, hassle free and the jacket arrived a couple of days later so I was happy.
