Trail running depends on stability, traction and protection, and the Women’s Ultra Endurance II provides all three in massive amounts. Wrapped in GORE-TEX® waterproof membrane, the shoe is resolutely waterproof, further bolstered by a gusseted tongue which keeps out moisture and trail debris. The underfoot is taken care of by a combination of EVA midsole, ESS Snake Plate technology and the innovative Ultra-Protect™ CRADLE™, which absorbs impact and promotes correct form. The Vibram® Megagrip outsole completes the package, offering rugged, durable grip on all-terrain.

I have slightly wide feet and these are super comfy. GTX definitely works- my feet were dry two hours of walking and running in the park. True to size.
